Oh goodness I just realised that its only Tuesday and I feel as though I have run a marathon already.
Breakfast - one egg scrambled, one piece of whole grain toast, one medium apple - this was fun and satisfying!
Lunch - soup - spew but whatever (ak got portugese chicken rolls but I didn't have enough chicken left for both of us so, ok!)
Afternoon snack - one small banana, sprite zero
Dinner - we are not getting home until eight so I had planned stir fry, but now its going to eventuate into our one take away night. I have barely eaten anything today so it wil take me right up to buy not over my daily kj allowance which is hectic.
We are definitely going to the gym tomorrow so we will have definitely made up for it - as well as the fact ak is doing gates tonight! Feeling a bit down today, while some relationships at work have reached an even keel, or a level I am able to semi tolerate, others are just blah. And people are leaving and that always makes me sad. I'm also getting extremely bored with the food we are eating and am close to going stuff this whatever.... I know though that with the two of us that won't happen as we will pull each other along and through etc. Just have to keep focused one meal at a time

Week two, day one - you remind me of a former love that I once knew...
Breakfast - toast with Philly and jam... I still love this combo!
Snack - apple
Lunch - soup with a wholegrain roll - I came ill prepared and had to buy lunch so I went with the best thing I know, being soup. Totally sick of it though.
Dinner - one wholegrain roll with a serve of chicken flavoured with portugese spices with lettuce and one alive of cheese. Side of oven naked potato strips. - busted so this was a nice fancy way of saying we made grilled chicken burgers at home and had oven fries. It was so delicious though, well worth it
Supper - Weiss bar the last guava one :(
Sooo, I'm feeling although not hungry like I am not consuming enough kj in the day to avoid storing fat... This was my suspicion and it was confirmed when I did the sums from the past few days... I either need to increase my portion sizes, or have more ie make sure I have morning and afternoon tea as well as supper, or have fruit with every meal. We are both sleeping a lot better although I can feel a few break outs underneath my skin blah. I think we are still working out how to work this best for us minus the help of the boy very helpful lady.

Week One, Day Seven - Now every Sunday I can say is not predictable Found the way, Celebrate.
Breakfast - Slice of wholegrain with philly
Lunch - McChicken, Diet Coke, Medium Fries
Dinner - Spaghetti w/cheese
Supper - Mini Weiss Bar
Got up late again so not super hungry today. We had a treat meal for Maccas as a late lunch and geared up for another super healthy eating week. Feeling good, topped up with fresh meat and fruit etc…
End of week weigh in:
AK -2kg
LG - 1.3kg
This is a pretty phenomenal first week result, we are both super happy with it. Its been pretty easy to not eat whats not in the house, and not buy when you're at work as all your food is right there. This week we are going to start incorporating some gym work in there and find our balance….We have tweaked the original plans a little bit and since NL isnt being entirely helpful we are kind of using our own common sense and feeling our own way.
Work stresses are surprisingly motivated us to eat something sweet yet healthy and our main challenge, is clearly the weekends!! Will see how the next week pans out..

Lunch - Fries with aioli - we were at the pub watching the BMX
Dinner - Small popcorn chicken meal WITH A WATER!! Lol - so delicious.. So delicious…
I felt really off in the guts after that KFC, but not to worry. It was a great day. Im feeling really good and not so much focussed on food…

Week one, Day Four - cause its nine in the afternoon your eyes are the size of the moon
Breakfast - two pieces of whole grain toast with Philly and jam - so delicious I am full
Morning tea - small banana - can't really be bothered
Lunch - pumpkin soup with a whole grain roll - boring but whatever
Afternoon tea - fruche - nice but I am still starving
Late snack waiting - packet of doriotos 50g - so delicious but still starving Dinner - home too late piece of toast then bed
Today was hard nothing was really satisfying and I was in a constant state of starvation. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. Ak can only say he can't wait for his double quarter pounder as I will not be home....
